Earlier this year we launched a new service called the “30 minute surgery” which has proved to be hugely popular with Clients from all over the UK
Here clients can access advice from our legal team for a fixed fee of £60 (plus VAT where appropriate) for up to 30 minutes of one off advice either:
- Over the phone
- In person at one of our offices
Here’s how it works:
Contact us on 0845 686 1969 (between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday- Friday excluding Bank holidays) and say you want to use the 30 minute surgery
You will be put through to our co-ordinator who will be able to answer any questions you have on the way the surgery works
If you want to come to our office then you will be offered an appointment time and date
You will be advised of the amount that you will need to bring to the appointment by way of fees (either £60 or £60 plus VAT if this applies) Bring with you any documents you want us to look at. Make sure that if you cannot speak English you bring someone with you who can interpret for you
If you want to take advantage of telephone advice- you will need to make a secure credit/debit card payment and you will be put through straight away to one of our experienced immigration advisors who can hopefully help you with this
Please note:
This does NOT cover: letters, telephone calls, making any applications etc it is pure and simply one off advice on that one occasion only. We will not take any action on your behalf but hopefully will be able to provide you with high quality sound advice on one occasion only
It does NOT cover: assessing your entitlement for legal aid- legal aid may well be available to you but will not be assessed during this short appointment. If you want to see whether legal aid is available you should make other arrangements to secure legal advice
Remember before spending your money on this service that there is a lot of information available on the internet, and if you are just looking for general advice it may be that you are able to find what you need from one of the many good websites giving general information on immigration law
