This scheme allows employers to employ non–EEA nationals who are established cultural artists, entertainers and sports people. Such an individual must show that they comply with the stated skill level

Sports People

In sports people must show that they are established ‘at the highest level’ and ‘whose employment will make a significant contribution to the development of that particular sport in this country at the highest level’

Entertainers

Entertainers in this category must have ‘performed at the highest level and have established a reputation in their profession’

We have represented Individuals in both categories from Ice skaters, to basketball players,Footballers, Muscians and Dancers to name but a few
