How do I pay?
As a firm we take payment by cash, cheque,credit or debit card. If you want to take advantage of our e-service then you don''t pay us anything until we have responded to you following from your initial enquiry. You will need a credit/debit card to take advantage of this service and we will provide you with details of how you can make a secure payment once we have responded to you
No Win No Fee
We try to win all of our cases for our clients and have an enviable success rate. In some cases we are prepared to share the risk attached to fees and will enter into a "no win/no fee" agreement (subject to terms). Contact us for details
Price Match
We believe that our service is second to none in terms of quality and value for money and are prepared to price match any bona fide quotation you have recieved from another law firm
Fixed Fees
Where possible we try and agree fixed fees.As with any fixed fees we reserve the right to increase these in the event that there is something unusual that occurs but in most cases these fixed fees are appropriate
One off advice
For one off advice, our charges start at £25 for "ask a question", £60 for detailed questions, or up to half an hour of advice
Remember, if you go on to instruct us in relation to a matter we will deduct the cost of the one off advice from the already highly competitive fixed fee
Why do we charge for this?
We do not beleive that giving "off the cuff" advice is ever helpful. We prefer to marshall the full relevant facts and give quality advice that can be relied on.
