From a Specialist Immigration Solicitor or Barrister

As part of our commitment to delivering legal services in an innovative way that uses new technology and provides benefits of access and speed for the client we are able to provide advice on an immigration issue by email.

This allows you the client to email us with your details and pose a question on an immigration issue

There are two levels of advice we can give

"Ask a question?"

If it is general advice on a particular area that you need then we will give you a bespoke answer to a specific question for £25 (plus VAT where appropriate). This covers as much help as we can give in answer to one question on a matter of Immigration Law in relation to your individual circumstances

If you require more detailed advice and have relevant documents that you would like us to look at these can be scanned and emailed to us for consideration

The charge for this is a one off fee of £60 (plus VAT where appropriate). It covers:

Obtaining instructions from you by email & telephone
Considering any documentation that you have and email to us
Researching the legal issues
Advising you accordingly

It does not cover:

Writing letters
Making telephone calls
Making any application

There are a lot of good resources available on the internet so if it is basic general advice you seek you might be able to source this yourself. However, if you want bespoke advice then we are able to provide you with a clear and concise opinion from an experienced immigration Solicitor or Barrister

Remember, if you go on to instruct us in a case then we will deduct the cost of this one off advice from the fee
