T1 Entrepreneur

There are specific applications for those with the means to set up businesses in the UK & invest in the UK economy.

 An Entrepreneur is defined as a person entering the UK to establish, join or take over a business in one of the following capacities;

-       a sole trader,

-       a partnership

-       a company registered in the UK

The requirements are as follows

-       Attributes; 75 points

-       Maintenance; 10 points

-       English Language; 10 points

Depending upon the applicant’s previous status, a grant of 2 or 3 years will be issued, this being extendable prior to expiry
