We have a dedicated team of trained legal advisers who assist foreign nationals held in Police stations, prisons & Immigration Removal Centres in the UK.

We are one of only 3 organisations who hold a national contract to advise detainees in Police stations all over the UK. This advice is available free of charge as part of a legal aid contract.

In addition, we also assist clients who contact us direct, sometimes people who are in custody charged with criminal offences and people awaiting deportation.

We are able to travel to all police stations and prisons throughout Yorkshire, the North East & Cumbria.

 

Legal Aid is often available to cover our advice subject to the usual requirements over means & merits
