We offer the following:

One off immigration advice in a matter where you the Solicitor act in respect of separate proceedings or are to retain your client but need separate advice in this area of law. This is particularly important in criminal proceedings where there may be an issue surrounding a recommendation for deportation.

Attendance and advocacy where it is not economic for you to undertake the work yourself perhaps because you as an advisor are located a distance from where your client is based or the court centre is based. Legal Aid or private rates apply.
